Though you may have just got out of a Trial recently, there is the sound of an announcement on your Chain: ]

WELCOME NEW HEROES

[And indeed, there is another round of newbies waking up in their rooms, in the usual nondescript undies or team pyjamas. They'll get their basic welcome message and a prompt to view the IC Guide.

"Someone" has seen to bring refreshments to greet the newbies. It's sparkling water, refreshingly cool and surprisngly sugar-free considering the surroundings. If you choose to drink it, you will find yourself instantly refreshed, almost as if you'd gotten a full day's rest. You will also find that the very next thing you say to someone is a mildly inconvenient truth. It cannot and will not compel you to tell someone your deep, dark secrets but it MIGHT compel you to admit you forgot to brush your teeth this morning....

[A mid-range teen with blue-gray skin is now running about the available cabins, already fully dressed in jacket, shirt, pants and boots assigned to Senna team members. His eyes and smile are both wide and bright, and he's happily gulping down the delicious fresh water provided by the train to new guests. Boy oh boy, what a wonderful place! So much to see and do and he hasn't even had the chance to step outside yet!]

How wondrous! Isn't it great- [He stops mid-sentence, blinking, as if he's forgotten what he was saying. The bright smile leaves him for a moment, but then he turns to YOU and it returns full force.] Isn't this exciting?

[What a beautiful girl! Her hair is just radiant! He purses his lips and clasps his hands around his glass of water, hoping to hold back from wanting to touch it. However, something is INDEED in the water, so he can't hold back his nearly reverent whisper of:] ... so pretty...

Was I kidnapped? I seem to have forgotten what I was doing before, but it couldn't have been all that interesting. So much of this place is just so... unique!

I suppose Prince would define it as more of a rescue. [Finger quotes go here. Except she uses all her fingers together. For reasons.] But I guess not everyone reacts poorly to sudden amnesia. I take it you can't remember anything before here clearly?

[Loki's keeping an eye out for the new arrivals after the announcement, but he stops dead for a second when he spots the kid in the team car. Blue- could he be a Frost Giant child? Maybe even who he himself would be if he hadn't been kidnapped by Odin?

[He shakes himself out of the speculation and puts on a smile, hoping the boy didn't notice his reaction.]

You must be one of the new heroes. And part of our team. I am glad you find it exciting now.

[Luckily for Loki Klarion is too busy marveling at EVERYTHING to have noticed something small like his micro-reactions. At least at first. Once Loki speaks, Klarion's gaze focuses more fully upon him.]

Of course! I'm always ready for an adventure... I think! [He smiles, not seemingly upset.] I don't remember much at all before this, but all I feel is excitement. And that someone else should be here but I'm sure I'll figure it out soon enough.

[The smile gets a touch more mocking.]

And are you ready to have your body slowly turn to sugar? Or to be crushed by giant golems made of edibles?

[Oh. No memories. You get a little sympathetic noise.]

It is likely that your memories were lost in the transfer to the train. You will earn them back, one at a time, though they will be viewable by everyone. If you are a private person- which you may not even remember about yourself- it will be quite the ordeal, I imagine.

[Another young person! That's a good sign, he doesn't feel like he can always trust older folks. This one is not wearing the same clothing Klarion found in his closet either, so that's interesting.]

I've never seen anything like this before... I think! I don't remember a lot from before this, but it all seems very new to me. Even these clothes don't feel right. [But he's still smiling, despite being somewhat uncomfortable.]

I am! There is far too much to be seen here! Even just this [he pulls out the Chain] is so interesting! I don't think I've ever encountered anything like it before, but I know how to use it and I know it's mine. I want to see what else around here is new, even if I couldn't say what should be "old" to me.

[Klarion doesn't quite get "pings" necessarily, but if Felix does then he might sense something not-quite-human about Klarion himself. Something more fae-like but not entirely.

He smiles, tilting his head and the angle of his eyes askance.] I didn't catch that. Did you say something?

This! [He gestures wildly; the entire train entrances him.] It's amazing! I've not ever seen anything like it before. Or at least I don't think I have. Not really sure.

[ Well, McBurn will be exiting his room in the Licorice side of things, and kind of just...wandering around wherever he pleases. He did at least look over the guide, with little to no enthusiasm. There was some also a vague bit of skepticism at the "Hero" nonsense because of how things went last time he was on two trains.

But all in all he figured after walking around he'll just go lie down for another nap. ]
