[ The beach fades away, leaving everyone back in the comfortable and familiar surroundings of the clearing and their-- beloved?-- train. There are some new stars in the sky, twinkling in ginger goldenrod, thyme apple, senna terracotta, jasmine blue, and clover pink.

The sound of a giggle fills the air and leaves behind bubbles-- touching one will give the uncontrollable urge to hug the nearest person. They will persist throughout the night. ]

Why's that?

He is certainly an interesting fellow. [They have so much in common, it's terrible.] You seemed to leave a good impression on him too.

It's mean. Different people are important to me in different ways; it doesn't have to mean one is more or less important. [ Her hands go to her hips. ] And what about the people who don't get mentioned? Even if they're not there to hear about it ... it sucks to be left out.

[ drops her arms again, half laughing and half sighing. ]

He's really cool and interesting, and nice - not polite, heck no, but in here. [ Taps her heart. ] He's smart, too. And he gave me some good advice.

True. It was really hard to pick just one person to talk about. And then there's having emotions for a person without really knowing why.

Yeah ... [ Wrinkles her nose. ] I ended up just talking about Kaito because it was easiest. But ... it felt wrong to do it at all.

[ She smiles again, though, when they talk about Five. ]

He's kind underneath the prickliness. [ Nodnod. ] But it's not like he's hard to get along with.

[Nods.] He's very...concise about that kind of thing? Help simplify things.

[ Ducks her head a tiny smidge, but rather than shake him off or bat his hand away ... She reaches up to loosely hold it. ]

... I'd like to hope that I am.

He's ... he seems sensible. Level-headed, you know? It really helped.

It does. [Even if he can be incredibly cynical too, but hopefully Faito doesn't have to provoke that like he ended up doing.] Also a bit of a coffee fiend if you want to surprise him.

[ Some of the tension eases from her shoulders. What happened was Awkward, but it doesn't have to be a big deal. This is Fine and Nice and Okay. ]

Coffee, huh? You guys ... [ Shakes her head. ] Maybe I'll make some coffee brownies or a coffee cake or something.

I still prefer hot chocolate. I wouldn't quite put my enjoyment of coffee anywhere near his level.

Coffee cake would be nice. Might even be able to work in Clover if you want, I put in a request for an expansion.
