[ As usual there’s a tremor and then silence -- and then, as may be familiar to a few of you there appears a glittering void, points of light twinkling in the air. As you step into the space it expands, seeming to consume you, the Aurora, and all that exists in general. There’s a feeling of vertigo as this happens, frozen lights swirling all about you and once again it's all accompanied by obnoxious giggling.

When the darkness fades, you find yourself in an empty, featureless room with three doors, and on a pedestal in front of you: matching keys for each door. ]

To be brief, we were on opposite sides of a conflict, and I lost to you. You were of course the hero, but while I now see the fault in my actions at the time, I can't easily let go of the feelings that built for years before our final confrontation.

Ah... I guess that is tricky. I don't want you to force your feelings or anything, but as long as we're teammates-- no, just in general I'd rather get along with you instead of you tolerating my presence.

I'll let you in on a secret.

Correct. But I excel at working alongside anyone, regardless of my personal feelings. This rift between us will not effect our team's chances in competition.

I'm not sure that's the main issue. I mean, it's good you think we can work together, but keeping a distance like that without trying to overcome our problems is definitely not on theme.

When it comes to us in particular, the theme can take a hike.

I'm happy you don't hate me but I'd even rather be able to work this out between us.

It's frustrating thinking that there's nothing I can do. And I can't just... leave things like this.
