[ As usual there’s a tremor and then silence -- and then, as may be familiar to a few of you there appears a glittering void, points of light twinkling in the air. As you step into the space it expands, seeming to consume you, the Aurora, and all that exists in general. There’s a feeling of vertigo as this happens, frozen lights swirling all about you and once again it's all accompanied by obnoxious giggling.

When the darkness fades, you find yourself in an empty, featureless room with three doors, and on a pedestal in front of you: matching keys for each door. ]

I said before we're something akin to both brothers and enemies, did I not? That remains true. You've done nothing I can fault you for, but all the same your presence is my greatest obstacle.

To be brief, we were on opposite sides of a conflict, and I lost to you. You were of course the hero, but while I now see the fault in my actions at the time, I can't easily let go of the feelings that built for years before our final confrontation.

Ah... I guess that is tricky. I don't want you to force your feelings or anything, but as long as we're teammates-- no, just in general I'd rather get along with you instead of you tolerating my presence.

I'll let you in on a secret.

If you become linked to him that way without the other, he'll be deeply hurt, even if he'd never complain.
