[But just because he's in Faito's body doesn't mean he's gonna skip leg day. Especially when she does leg day. So gonna be doing laps up and down inside the train because isn't gonna risk fighting a monster in Faito's body, that's rude.]

You do not look relieved to be back in your own body.

If I was in my own body.
But I am not.
no subject
How did it happen? I was in that body for the trial. How did you come to inhabit it?

[The first memory is of an academic decathlon as the first event of the Friendship Games. There is her friends, but there is also Twilight Sparkle whose on the other team. Sunset keeps watching her like a hawk between fiercely competing. Twilight has done 'something' she's trying to figure out, but also winning is important to the school. Sadly Sunset loses. Luckily her friends are still supportive.]
[Then there's a talk with another Twilight. Who looks like the other. Except no glasses and does weird horse-human things. They talk and it's a little more obvious at a distance that they're both having the opposite problem, but reaching the same conclusion.]
[Then there's the Battle of the Bands. There is so much fighting and bickering, including amongst her friends. Sunset sees it all, but she never does anything about it. Until she has to tackle Rainbow Dash on stage to avoid exposing her magic. Which is behavior apparently EVERYONE expects of Sunset Shimmer and her friends seem to have doubts to her intentions. It's Very Rough.]

[Oh, she's watching memories.
[The awkwardness and out-of-placeness and insecurity pings him hard in bad ways. The heckling in that last memory hits especially hard.
[Come to think of it, he doesn't really need to talk to her that urgently. It can wait until she's processed the new memories and he's beaten down his own feelings.]

[SO HARD]
[To be a better person, to do what people want, and it still falls flat.]

High schoolers can be punks, but they'll get over it. They'll find something else to be mad at later. And it looks like those other girls are messing with their heads anyway.

[He's overwhelmed once again at how vibrant Solar's world seems. It stirs something visceral inside him, something envious and dark, but also wondrous and awed. How nice it must be, to have memories of such a beautiful place full of beautiful people. Only one beautiful person seems to have all of Solar's attention, however...]
... You seem very intent on that one girl. The purple one.

[She's still staring at the screen.] But all that...it seems like she can't be Princess Twilight. And those women...they sounded and looked kind of like Princess Celestia and Luna.
So there's dimensional counterparts. That's probably part of my interest. She's a counterpart of a friend of mine in Equestria.

Everyone here seems to know royalty! How very lucky you must be back home.
I don’t think I fully understand how that could work. Is it possible for there to be more than one you? Or more than one me?
[Hmm... nope! He doesn’t like that idea.]

[ And by "doing her level best to make chocolate chip cookies" I mean, she can be found sitting on the floor, cradling a mixing bowl and spoon in her lap, her head nodding sleepily. ]

[Coffee being exchanged for spoon and mixing bowl.]

Dusk-nii. Hi. [ Sleepily takes the coffee, thank u ]

My body needs less sleep then yours.
I feel like I should say that before I ask if you slept at all last night?
[Started mixing stuff in the bowl now.]
