[ It may have been only a few days, but did that heatwave feel like it lasted forever to anyone else? No? Either way, it's gone now. Bringing with it a blessed coolness. Actually wait, it's cold-- too cold! Worse yet, not even going into the train seems to really help. Fortunately, someone seems to have been kind enough to leave some nice, fuzzy blankets lying around. Too bad it doesn't seem to help much unless you share them with someone...

Either way, you're in luck because you've got some new teammates on the train! The notification appears cheerfully on everyone's Chains:

Oh, you mean you don't belong to anyone. Huh. We've never had an animal hero before. But I guess if you can talk and everything, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to be on a team.

[ Also, she's warm like a portable feathery space heater, so. That may or may not be helping with the chill in the air. ]

[ she is so, so floof, with thick plumage and lots of fluffy down, especially around her chest and stomach. folds her wings around him. ]

How's that? Good, warm, toasty?

[ depending on how close he gets, he might notice a faint scent ... something like ... mocha?? and s'mores?? all with a hint of campfire. ]

But everything has its own scent, just because it's itself ... and then packs have pack-scent. Team-scent.
