Where: Back To Your Regularly Scheduled Great Outdoors, Just outside the train

[ The beach fades away all at once, taking the cheery sunshine with it as evening hits all at once-- it melts away in a shower of sparkles as the familiar setting re-emerges. There are new stars in the sky above in clover pink, senna red, jasmine blue, and licorice violet.

Just before the beach disappears entirely, the bubbly voice speaks once more: ]

Wasn't that so much fun! You all rrrrrreally got to know each other, didn't you? Keep up the good work~!

[ If you had any alcohol in hand you still have it, otherwise everything from the trial is gone. ]

But that is enough for her and she rolls her hips over his, grinding a little where he is clearly aroused.]

"All in," is the safe word.

[She is not trying to trick him, really. After all, to all in is to make a final leap of faith or to marshall courage for a great play or a greater bluff. For it to signal defeat when it could herald victory in other circumstances is, perhaps, an odd choice.

But then, she is an odd woman.]

[There is an art to this and while she would not call herself a master, she has a very strong foundation. It is funny how one must take away while giving, but that is what she does as she leans over him and starts to kiss downward from his chin, ignoring his mouth entirely for the moment.

It would be to easy when the point is to deny and make him want. Make him crave. Besides, she needs him to sing, after all.

He is wearing entirely too many clothes, but they could be easily done away with, even if she may never hear the end of it if she does decide to tear them off a little. She can practically hear the smug chuckle at the forefront of her mind, he can't even settle for the back of it. Silly bird.

Anyway.

Her kisses are slow waves, a contradictory existence of substance and transience, lips rolling in with warm softness and leaving like they were never there. It's the prelude. The curtain rising in the crafted silence of hushed voices. This is only the beginning.

And in the first movement, water gathers discreetly at the tips of her nails, spinning thinly, constantly in quiet points. They make the smallest, keenest claws, but all Crow will see is fabric parting right down the middle as she leisurely drags a single finger across his shirts, never touching his skin. It is fine, she can fix it like new, after. She has befre. ]

[ She'd better fix those clothes or he's making you pay to replace them, 80H. It's not like his self-replenishing uniform gosh!

Though right now, fixing or replacing his clothes isn't exactly the first thought on his mind. He chuckles slightly as he sees the fabric split to reveal the flesh underneath. ]

Ready to get down to business, huh?

[ Well, when business is pleasure... it's not like he's complaining. ]

[She kisses the little dip in his collarbone and walks her fingers along his sides.]

All things in good time, little bird, but I would prefer a...clearer workspace for the moment.

[She kisses further down and around his nip--

Ah, no, sorry, just to the left of it instead.]

[ His breathing hitches a little and he lets out another breathy chuckle. ]

Teasing, is it?

Teasing? I would never.

[She says, so very shocked. It is on that note that in her stupor she should be forgiven for the knee that brushes between his legs.

As said, she is so surprised that he could ever say such a thing, truly.]

[ Crow rolls his hips in response to the brushes, trying and failing to get more out of the "accidental" encounter. ]

Mmmm. That lie's so egregious I'm not even going to pretend to entertain it.

[ BRAT. ]

[She has never done anything bratty in her life.]

A tease and a liar? My, my, Crow-han thinks I am quite the character. Someone--[She glides up, lips hovering by his ear.]--

[Many things happen at once.

She nips the lobe of his ear while her fingers deftly undo his pants, and her knee resumes working him over. It takes a deceptive bit of balancing to do it all simultaneously, but she manages easily.

When his pants are undone, she licks her fingers before drawing a slow circle around his nipple.]

You say that like wicked's not a turn-on.

[ He grins at her, though he's quickly distracted by her warm breath at his ear, the tingles that shiver down his spine as she nips at his earlobe. His hips roll along with the knee she's so deftly teasing him with, and there's a hiss of air when her finger delicately traces around his nipple. ]

[She sighs with only a touch of drama.]

So enamoured with danger.

[She tugs the skin there with her teeth, sinking them just a little into the skin of his lobe as though to drive her point home.

Something flits across consciousness, suddenly, and she lifts her head. Crow feels human, she's established that, but this is something different. The body is made of so much water and she is attuned to it, she cannot help it, especially now when she is so close to him. It is like a fish or an eel swimming flitting about, with the current and against it.

It does not feel right.]

What?

[ Crow's eyes had slid shut, but he opens one open to look over at her. ]

What's wrong?

[Her voice is breathy, heady with lingering lust, but it's fading as this conundrum presents itself.

She tilts her head, her brow furrowing in concentration as her hand travels along his stomach. Moments ago, she might have admired his steady breaths, deeper for her ministrations and the smooth planes of the muscle there, but her interest is entirely academic and medical, presently]

Something is not right. The flow of you body is...disjointed.

[how does she articulate it. it is being interrupted, slightly out of alignment, wrong. she doesn't like it.]

[And then she sees it.

She sees It.

She does not panic, she would never, that would be unseemly, unprofessional. Very, very calmly, very gently, ever the good doctor, she delivers her prognosis.]

[ Crow grimaces. ]

[Yes, she could sense it, but she does not feel that is necessary to mention and perhaps a part of does not want to either, but she doesn't have time examine that. The thing about genius, for better or worse, is that many steps that need to be explained to others are often skipped because they are implicitly understood and 80H understands, or rather already knew but confirms from his comment a number of things.

He knew about it. He didn't tell her about it. Likely was not going to tell her about it.

However, she feels about that is not important for the moment. She continues to skip right over such unimportant minutiae to the necessary.]

It needs to come out of you.

[ Crow knew she'd know before he even spoke up-- he knew how much she'd know, but he also knew he wouldn't be able to stop himself from saying it. He could avoid saying things, but at the present he's incapable of a direct lie. So be it. ]

[ Crow sighs. He's so not getting laid right now. ]

I haven't had much of a chance to try much of anything yet. I was going to buy a book or two from the sparks store, read up a bit before I did.

[the casual behaviour is a hidden, calculated kindness. he can be alone with his discomfort, she does not need to see it.]

[ That hidden kindness is a way he appreciates her in a way that no one else has achieved-- not even Rean, for all that Crow cares about him. Because 80H understands the need for privacy, that some things don't ever need to come to the light. (Not that Rean wouldn't respect that urge, but respecting isn't the same as understanding.)

He picks a place to sit, lounging in a manner that might seem comfortable if they weren't in a clinic. ]

Am I gonna be awake for this or do you have to knock me out?

[He cannot see them, but her motions are brisk, clinical as she gets changed. She will not be long.]

The latter. If you have an academic curiosity I could perhaps indulge you, but I have a feeling you would rather not be awake. In that case, it will barely feel like time has passed.

[She redoes her hair, making certain her bangs are entirely away from her face and steps out from behind the divider. She is not entirely prepped for surgery yet, she does not to risk alarm.]
