[This evening, out of nowhere, Hazel's carriage disappears. There's a shower of sparkles, a bright light, and after that... it's gone. Anyone who was in its hallway is now in the Garden entrance. The Garden car itself is now hooked to Clover's carriage, as if it had aways been and Hazel was never real. Clover itself is currently bare as well -- the lock screen is dull, completely turned off, and there are no lights inside. No one is there, now, but at least the space remains.

In some carriages, that loss of vibrancy is countered by the appearance of some new heroes. In general, the gloomy mood throughout the train is only heightened by the onset of a heavy storm. Outside there's a crack of thunder that rattles the train, and it begins to pour so hard the edge of the clearing is barely visible through the windows.

The rain, the thunder, and the strobe-light effect of constant lightning will continue til dawn.]

[ Crow is not in Ginger when he hears the words-- obviously he's not, he's never had any reason to. He's in the lounge, reading a book (if anyone bothered to look at the front cover, it's the Kamasutra) and minding his own business when the words hit him. They echo through him, vibrating through his blood-- his bones-- down to the very core of him.

And there's something about that question that sounds achingly familiar and yet wholly not. Those memories are gone from him, but some part of him beyond memories holds onto them still. "Dost thou desire the power." The power for what? ]

[ He says this out loud to the confused voice that may or may not even hear him. ]

[Eventually some guy in an oversized sweater who looks a little older than Crow's memories but still very familiar will be exploring the train.]

[ Now that he thinks about it, the booming, spooky voice did sound a lot like what he'd remembered of him. But then again, he hadn't remembered him being the Big, Spooky-Voiced kind of guy. So. That's a mystery. ]

[ And there's every chance this guy's just as amnesiac as he is. More, since Crow's at least had a chance to remember a few things. ]

[ ....Or maybe he remembers everything too, leaving Crow as still the most clueless guy around. A position he really, really hates being in, thanks! ]

[More people who know him? Well, he turns and smiles at the guy, so he knows his name at least. But his expression holds more curiosity than recognition.]

[ No he's not, but he absolutely cannot help the desire to tease Rean a little. ]
