Who: Everyone
When: Day 13, afternoon
Where: Public Lounge
[ Guess who's trying to earn as many Sparks as possible? This guy. So on Day 13, sometime during the day each Team may have received a quick visit from this guy, encouraging them to come to the public lounge during the afternoon to partecipate on a get to know each other exercise. For anyone who asks, he'll explain on very generic terms that it's just a game of truth or dare or kiss, and he's going to try his best to convince people to actually show up.
For those who do show up at the public lounge in the afternoon, he's going to explain the basic set up ]
All right, so, the whole thing is pretty simple. Usually, I guess there should be something to spin or help with randomly selecting people, but that's going to get complicated, so let's skip that one. You see someone you want to get to know, you partner up with 'em.
Here's the rules. You ask your partner to pick Truth or Dare, and ask or provide your challenge accordingly. As the person who's been asked or challenged, you will have the option to back out of it by kissing your partner instead. Doesn't have to be anywhere specific, there's kids here.
You won't win anything out of it except, huh, my gratitude for taking part, I guess.

[Crow. Crow she is wearing a dress.
Well, she'll take a minute to tie that together so this doesn't immediately become awful....]

Think you can handle that?

So we'll find out, won't we?
[RIGHT. ATTEMPTING HANDSTAND...
...It's nothing fancy, but she can do it. Can she hold it, becomes the question.]

[THIS IS HARDER THEN SHE REMEMBERS....]

And then just falls over. Whump.]

Well, you made it the whole time and that's the important part!

I'm fine, I just bruised my dignity.

[She's picking herself back up, slowly, and untying and smoothing out the dress.]
No, no, Chancellor, I meant to tumble down those stairs, I must demonstrate my resilience to the people. That kind of thing.

[Shrugging.] Truth or Dare?

[Said the same way someone might describe themselves as a waitress. But she's considering this...]
What kind of person wouldn't you flirt with?
no subject
[ Not that it'd stop him from flirting but you know. ]
....I feel like there's an actual answer to that, but I don't really know what it is.
no subject
[Who'd make a fuss about a title that doesn't apply here anyway?]
...Well, if you don't know, that's still an answer.

[ But somehow, it doesn't feel satisfying to him? He's not gonna let that show, though. ]

You trying to imply that's the case here~?

[She leans a little forward, grin broad and, well, pointy.]
I'm outright saying it.
