[ Guess who's trying to earn as many Sparks as possible? This guy. So on Day 13, sometime during the day each Team may have received a quick visit from this guy, encouraging them to come to the public lounge during the afternoon to partecipate on a get to know each other exercise. For anyone who asks, he'll explain on very generic terms that it's just a game of truth or dare or kiss, and he's going to try his best to convince people to actually show up.

For those who do show up at the public lounge in the afternoon, he's going to explain the basic set up ]

All right, so, the whole thing is pretty simple. Usually, I guess there should be something to spin or help with randomly selecting people, but that's going to get complicated, so let's skip that one. You see someone you want to get to know, you partner up with 'em.

Here's the rules. You ask your partner to pick Truth or Dare, and ask or provide your challenge accordingly. As the person who's been asked or challenged, you will have the option to back out of it by kissing your partner instead. Doesn't have to be anywhere specific, there's kids here.

You won't win anything out of it except, huh, my gratitude for taking part, I guess.

[ There's an entire minigame for fishing in TOCS, there's poles and ranks and everything. ]

[Naeva's a feral jackal dhampir, she uses hands.]

....Look, I can use a fishing pole but I don't know how to fish with my bare hands.

...I'll amend the dare. Go get a fish from the dining car, I'm sure they have raw ones somewhere.

Alright! That I can definitely do.

[ This is a terrible idea. He's not giving in, though. He heads towards the dining car. ]

[They probably have stuff like raw fish for sushi! Naeva, being unaware of sushi or that humans shouldn't eat things raw or they'll get sick, has not thought to get a bucket.

[ Crow is aware humans shouldn't eat things raw. He's aware this a fucking terrible idea.

But he can't back down.

He considers for a moment just grabbing the sushi. But he knows that's not in the spirit of the dare, and that's not sporting! So he comes back a few minutes later with....

A filleted fish. ]

This good enough?

That will work.

[She's kind of eyeing it. No blood in it, really, so she's not super interested but...:9]

[ Ew, Naeva. Ew.

He's eyeing it too, though with distinctly less :9 in his eyes. He takes a deep breath before letting it out slowly. ]

Well! Here goes nothing!

[ And he bites into the fish. ]

[It's...raw, presumably decent quality fish.

Godspeed, Crow.]

[ On the one hand: He is a coastal boy even if he doesn't remember it, so he's well used to the taste of fish.

On the other hand: He is not from a culture that's used to raw fish. He's never had sushi, he's entirely unprepared for the taste of raw fish and he can't help but grimace after that first bite. ]

[She does notice this, and after a moment, disappears into the dining car.

To come back with a glass of water.

She's helping.]

[ Helping! He accepts the glass and takes a sip of it before returning to the fish and taking another bite.

He's trying. He's trying so hard even though this is so gross, Naeva. ]

[YOU TOLD HER TO DO HER WORST, CROW. BLAME YOURSELF OR BLAME GOD.]

...Are you going to be okay.

[ HE HAS NO ISSUES WITH THE GODDESS, THANKS. ]

[ Which isn't an answer but he's got his pride, dammit! He looks at least a little queasy though. ]

Crow...

[She has some regrets, now.]

[ He takes another bite of the fish, swallows it, and pauses. ]

--Would you hold onto this fish for me for a moment?

[ He says it in a pleasant tone, his voice quavering only slightly. ]
