The Fourth Trial
Who: Heroes
When: Day 9, Midday
Where: The Dragon's Tower
Come hither, Heroes. Prove thy worth.
The earth rumbles beneath your feet with a mighty roar. This time a crumbling stone tower looms above you, unscalable and unbreachable. At the top of the tower is a single window with a single light, beckoning. The only entrance at the base is an arched wooden door which creaks in protest when you open it.
Upon entering the tower you will find yourself in a large room with high walls constructed of dark, uneven brick stone. The ceiling is so high that you cannot see anything but darkness as torches lining the walls serve as the only source of light. The room itself is achingly cold. It’s reminiscent of a dungeon… or a treasure room.
But the only treasure to be found lies in the middle of the room; a small pile of seven bracelets, each one inlaid with a beautiful jewel corresponding to each team’s color. It may be fairly obvious, but just in case anyone is slow on the uptake:
“What is it that you treasure in this world? What are you willing to give up? Until you can decide that much, you will not be allowed to leave this room. It matters not to me if you rot in here.
However, I will tell you this much; should you decide who among you is most precious, only they may bear the weight of your altruism.”

[ a little more murmuring before she adds, ]
If it is a matter of our relation, however, then... that is - the person to whom I belonged as a younger sister was rather... none of the missionaries, but your own self...

That is to say - what do you remember...? I will offer any information necessary, provided that it is available to me, but it's necessary that I understand where you're lacking...
... I'll speak honestly from this point on. My apologies.

I do remember that I have a special constitution, I suppose.

It's a circumstance wherein your body requires magical energy in order to sustain itself, isn't it...?
Although what has been previously expressed remains accurate, as you presently exist you are additionally a manner of familiar spirit classified as a "Heroic Spirit," summoned back into the world as a "Servant," through the use of a container... The particulars of your constitution are simply a circumstance of that existence - as your body has been formed from magic, it is consequently necessary in order to see it sustained, in very much the same manner as any other human would require food... This is accomplished through the formation of a contract with an individual, who will then provide you with nutrition passively, or manual absorption of substances known to contain magical energy, such as fluids within the body. Prior to my adoption - though not your Master, you and I were contracted to such an end. However...
... Ah, however, though I myself am a magus, it does remain impossible for me to determine your class at a glance. That you are a Heroic Spirit, I might say for certain, but to the degree that you are concerned, in terms of your circumstances as applied to magic - I may say little else. My apologies...

... Though the nature of our relationship was rather akin to that of siblings - after which I was made into your sister legally, as well - it does stand that I once held the responsibility of seeing you supplied with mana.
