Event: Bubbles...??
Who: You?
When: Day 5, morning
Where: Everywhere
[ If you step outside this morning you may find a surprise! Large, pink colored bubbles, bouncing along lazily in the air as if they just arrived from some child's pleasant dreams. They are roughly the size of a melon and, upon closer inspection, appear to be filled with ... something? That sparkles and reflects the morning sunlight.
In any case, they seem harmless enough. Just a strange weather pattern for this strange world. Though if you happen to bump into one (or perhaps if one happens to sneak up and bump into you) you'll find that it pops quite easily upon contact-- and covers you in glitter!?
Well at least that explains the sparkling. But is this really harmless after all...? If nothing else, it's really annoying.
Oh yeah, by the way! You may find that some of your teammates are missing... but don't worry! Most of the empty rooms have already been filled by brand new Heroes! This isn't concerning at all! ]
[ OOC NOTES ON THIS EVENT
Each of these bubbles contain different colored glitter! Each glitter has a different effect, and you may oocly choose which color or combination of colors you want this glitter to be. The effects remain until you wash all of the glitter off. In addition, it's completely possible to get glitter on someone else just by contact... in fact some of these effects won't actually kick into place until you do spread the glitter curse. Just remember to communicate oocly which effects you want to play with!
GLITTER COLORS
White: Nothing. It's just glitter.
Purple: Increase "positive" feelings! Maybe you can't stop laughing, or maybe you suddenly feel much more affectionate towards someone you didn't particularly like before... whatever it is, it's definitely a little concerning. But maybe it's not too bad? This effect lasts until you manage to wash the glitter off.
Yellow: Memory share (x1) upon contact! Whoever you touch with this glitter receives one of your memories... but only if you also happen to remember it! (memories from the game itself are also valid!)
Green: Feelings share upon contact! Whoever you touch with this glitter can feel whatever you are feeling and vice-versa. This effect lasts until you manage to wash off the glitter.
Blue: Thoughts share upon contact! Whoever you touch with this glitter can now hear your thoughts and vice-versa. At least any loud thoughts. Maybe think a little quieter? This effect lasts until you manage to wash off the glitter.
Pink: You cannot lie. If you lie you start to feel sick... coincidentally enough, telling the truth makes you feel better? Or you can wash the glitter off. ]
[ ALSO! To those who were poisoned in the last game, you have the option to say that the poison has worn off by now! You also have the option to keep playing with it if you would like, either way is completely fine! ]

Licorice! [LINK]
No? Well, happy birthday to you, then, because that's what's happening.]

SHUT UP!
[Running down the cabin corridor trying to kick things open. Mostly not succeeding.]
I need - I need -
[Someone else is here. At least one other person. Emilia's gonna try to find the source of the voice.]
no subject
You need? What, food? There's a kitchen here I think.
no subject
hunh. Maybe this woman can't see. Okay. Good.]
I need... I had a crystal, a big purple one, a soul shard. I don't know - where it is, I don't ... I don't know where I am.
[Her affect is going flat with apparent panic, and she gestures to indicate the size of the crystal without really thinking about how useless that is.]
no subject
Like, you mean a stone full of countless wailing tormented souls waiting to be used as a catalyst in a dark ritual?
I haven't seen any. Actually, I think we're in the same boat! I have no idea where this is, either!
no subject
[As in it has an irregular structure.
Well, chalk this druid up to being friends with the local warlock.]
You're taking it well.
[Very dry. Waking up somewhere you don't recognize has literally never been good, for anyone.]
no subject
[ She didn't, but you know whatever. She does laugh at her own joke, though. Kind of bitterly, because she's more than a little annoyed she somehow lost her future sight. ]
I guess we should find whoever's in charge here?
no subject
[We're not above laughing at blind jokes here.]
Yeah. We do. I gotta... set the hounds on whoever did this.
[she doesn't have hounds but]
Where'd you get clothes?

Re: Licorice! [LINK]
well okay then. okay. after a few moments, there's a knock on the newcomer's door, and a soft-spoken voice.]
Um, yes, hello?
Licorice! [LINK]
Where is this? Where's my - I had something important with me!
[She's either panicked or furious or both.]
Re: Licorice! [LINK]
I presume that your memories are intact, then?
[Tabby is quite polite in tone, but also oddly blunted in expression, if not quite monotone.]
no subject
She has no idea she's incapable of shooting magic right now anyway.]I don't know how I got here.
[that seems important. that seems like an important piece missing.
But she didn't ... no matter what state she was in, she would never have willingly given up that shard.]
no subject
She must simply be a zombie, Tabby thinks.]
That is a rather long story. We have been told that our worlds of origin, along with many other worlds, were completely consumed by a malevolent force called "Malice" and that we alone were able to be saved by a benefactor called "The Star Prince," who is not currently anywhere that we have seen. He apparently wishes to enlist our help in driving away Malice and restoring all worlds that it has consumed, by raising positive feelings and forging interpersonal bonds.
no subject
That's ridiculous.
[that - if you're going to kidnap people, just toss 'em in a big cage, don't put em in a cage and then make shit up.]

probably after she comes out of the room, geezus: ]
Dude, you good?

Something is missing, when they moved me they must have taken it. I have to get it back.

holds her hands up, floating a bit closer ]
H-hey, slow down, I don't really understand...
no subject
[She clears her throat, switches to English.]
Sorry. Are you Forsaken?
[Oh, a Levitate, cool. Probably a priest, then.]

[She straightens up, tries to look less obviously panicked.]
I lost something. I don't know how I got here, and whoever brought me took something... very important.
no subject
I don't 'member nothin'.
no subject
[She looks haunted, visibly diverts her line of thinking.]
No. No, they have to have it. I'll find it.
...Are you sure you weren't Raised here? It's not uncommon for the undead to forget everything that happened before they died.
[She taps the side of her own head. Brain damage or rot. Sucks.]
