I did not assume as much. However, even if some methods may work in concert, many of the methods I am personally familiar with are specific to the physiology and circumstances of certain peoples, else they cannot apply at all.

Blood and sex, it would seem, are common across a number of worlds and with good reason. The energy therein can be distilled into purer forms magic, but this process is costly, complicated and requires the use of specialised equipment.

Blood is an easily-remedied option. Perhaps there are some squeamish individuals, but not everyone is. I suppose there are also contract to consider, but I am not certain if you are able to form those.

History needs to be at a point of conflict when Divine Knights are needed. And if someone can clear various conditions as an awakener they can face a trial to be my contractor. Anyone who helps them in that trial would be a secondary contractor.

I would say to gather mana, run your trial, and form your contracts thereafter, but the first step is the problem. [honestly, though she has...complicated feelings about sex sometimes, even now, so she will not seriously push that option if he doesn't want to.]

You said you do not wish to bleed others--which, again, will not be much of an issue in some circumstances--however are you averse to consuming blood?
