[So you've all been invited via Chain to an "Informal Train-wide Meeting". Rean has a few things to say and then the rest of the post can be discussing things among each other really.]

Food and accomplishment are definitely the ways to the human heart in general. What if we hosted a cooking contest?

It'd be unfair without a general understanding of skill levels. Why not a kind of festival feast? Lots of food, drink, and games...particularly if we can design games that trigger Bonds.

That does sound like a lot of fun. And people would need to work together to set it up.

Precisely. Plus, the emotional stakes, at least up-front, aren't that high, which might entice some of the more....reclusive passengers.

Mm. Starting where everyone can feel at ease and working from there is all we can do, right?

It's certainly disattisfying not to have a better fix in a time of duress, but that's the way of things.

I think we may also want to implement a kind of...reserve system for the lounge. As it is, you have to play them publicly or pay double. If we can set aside time for people to sign up to take their memories privately without having to pay more, they may start to feel more comfortable...and regain them more readily.

Well, and sharing memories should be a choice, in the end. I think it'd be...helpful if more people were willing to, but certainly not under duress.

Yeah. If there's less feeling of it being forced it might relax people.

It's certainly worth a shot. Are you going to announce the ideas we've come up with to everyone?

I was waiting to see if anyone else had more thoughts but I think we've got three solid ideas to work with so far and that should be enough for now. So, yeah.
