[So you've all been invited via Chain to an "Informal Train-wide Meeting". Rean has a few things to say and then the rest of the post can be discussing things among each other really.]

It has been rather strange. We seemed as though we were making headway and then... well, perhaps something was amiss behind the scenes, outside of official meetings.

[He offers a bit of a shrug.]

Nobody is quite themselves, either, for one.

...Maybe we should make it easier for people to use their regains, somehow?

Were it possible, that would certainly be a good idea.

We could designate times people could reserve the lounge to themselves? That way they needed pay double to have privacy.

But--[BEEG YAWN. BEEG TOOTHY YAWN.]--But I'm not sure how feasible it is.

It would be on an honor system... but I doubt we have any who would abuse that trust among us.

[Squeaking and batting his hands.] We do have plenty who'd be hesitant to trust in that system, though...which is difficult.

I suppose there's no harm in suggesting it.

Some have lost their memories, other their abilities. It seems like most of us are not quite complete, here... and that alone can cause difficulties, beyond the extraordinary circumstances that we're in.

That's for sure. It's hard enough to own up to people when you feel like you aren't whole, I imagine.

It also leads to some rather rash decision making on people's parts, with nothing and no one to really guide them. Teams often feel... I don't wish to say arbitrary, because that's not true, but it is a bit odd to just be thrust among people whom you may not get along with.

Not that I've been so unfortunate. I was blessed with some rather understanding fellows.

Maybe overcoming the hurdles of working with a group of strangers and making them your friends is part of the point, but it is definitely a challenge, especially if you have history or clashing personalities.

I think what I am trying to say is, if you cannot trust to begin with, then no amount of team exercise is going to really foster that, is it? Though, I do not speak from experience. I could easily be wrong, and we simply need a different kind of team activity.

Hn. Yeah that's tricky. You can't really force people to open up, they have to want to on their own.

The best we can do individually is offer an environment that feels safe.

I think you have the right of it. We cannot control the challenges we get, so, it would make sense then to hope to foster a bond and then test it in combat.

That's... I guess if that's the only way, it's still pretty stressful. It's putting a lot on everyone here to be strong in ways that aren't that easy.

It does not help that memories seem to come back arbitrarily, and that potentially anyone can see them, as well. It provides a sort of distrust even for your past self.

The system is definitely challenging, but those are parts we're can't do much about, right? So fighting out how to work around those things, make it easier for people.... any ideas?
