[If you decide to follow up on that and head in that direction, or are just out on the beach for other reasons, you'll find Eliza (in a cute two-piece) and Fang (in boring black board shorts, but check those hella scars) hanging out along the shoreline, a bottle or two of sunscreen and Thyme-colored towels at their feet! If you pass close enough you may be greeted by a friendly wave or a business-like nod.]

[Lucien has made it to hang out, for once! He seems to have managed to get the spark machine to cough up a pair of black with violet colored patterning, well-fitting, competition style swimtrunks and a pair of sunglasses. Apparently despite his amnesia, he does remember how the beach works, and is working on his tan!]

[Clearly this is just an invitation to pester the hell out of him, I mean really what the hell else could it be?]

I don't seem to have forgotten how to do things, just everything else... But a refresher for sparks? Sounds like a plan.

Fang. It's nice to meet you. I thought this might be a good opportunity for those of us that have lost our memories to discover if swimming is something that we once knew, and learn if not, yes. It can be frustrating not knowing what abilities we do and don't have.

Absolutely. It is so surreal, I find myself trying things for the first time only to realize I have a mastery of it. But swimming... That could be dire if we found we couldn't at the wrong time. You have a good idea here, Fang.

It's something Eliza and I had discussed doing once the sea became safe enough, and teaching is our team's Bond, so it's beneficial in multiple ways. What sorts of skills have you discovered so far, if I may ask?

I appear to be a fairly decent orator? Or at least used to making speeches. There's another person, on another team, who insists I was a leader, so that follows.

I know! But a beach? Now that is always pleasant. Even if it were to rain, there's still something just calming about ocean, is there not?

Oh totally! Like with the rain too, like that is one of the best smells and so soothing to listen to.

I haven't the foggiest, but I took one look at the beach and realized that I absolutely loved it.
