[If you decide to follow up on that and head in that direction, or are just out on the beach for other reasons, you'll find Eliza (in a cute two-piece) and Fang (in boring black board shorts, but check those hella scars) hanging out along the shoreline, a bottle or two of sunscreen and Thyme-colored towels at their feet! If you pass close enough you may be greeted by a friendly wave or a business-like nod.]

She does sit up, and just lean against him, here on the beach. She's only vaguely warmer than the water itself, right now.]

It's all been rather difficult. And the people here all have such severe gloominess of their own...it rubs off on you after a while.

These are troubled times, and most of us feel rather incomplete. We should be so lucky that it is not worse. But...I intend to enjoy days such as this.
