[Oh boy it's Trial time guys!!

That is to say there's the usual slight shake of the train, and outside a trial area appears! This time it's a highly decorated cloth tent, reminiscent of a fortune teller's stall, and the voice calling the heroes forth is a deep, aged and manly one. A warm light peeks out from behind the curtained entrance, welcoming you inside.

Those who go in, by their own will or compulsion, will find themselves in what seems to be a theatre lobby. There's a pretty, golden fountain with bench seating around it and lovely flickering oil lamps on the brocade walls.

For a little while, you're left to mingle.]

maybe they really ought to sabotage others next time but she won't voice it. it's not how randy wants to play.

but yeah she is a sore as loser, barring certain circumstances. This is not one of them. She thinks of Katsuki for a moment and her heart lurches, but she considers one of the habits he said he was trying to break.

[It is not that Crow struck her as being explicitly tactless, but she is still very newly acquainted with him, she cannot know what to expect in every situation. But she is surprised, pleasantly, at his discretion and subtlety.

This is absolutely not his first go-around. She is especially grateful that he remembers how to navigate this, if nothing else.]

We could have been much worse off, made and left to suffer with no recourse for a certain amount of time. I heal during the worst of these when permitted to do so.

Right.... I'd heard that not all the Trials are as harmless as this one was.

That is correct. They could stand to worse by degrees and perhaps they will grow to be; they seem to be growing keener on encouraging us to sabotage one another. Whether that is ultimately the objective or a trial within a trial, I do not know.

That is correct. I suspect matters may be more insidious than they seem, however, we've little recourse at the moment.
