[pouring her a glass. he brought a few, since he didn't really expect to be left alone. sliding it her way.]

So, you got a dog?

She's a hellhound. I summoned her about an hour ago.

So there's still a hell to summon from?

Or I brought her here all the way across the universe. Either idea is kind of wild, but I am glad it worked at all.

It's a contract, but a comparatively informal one. Working hellhounds mainly need a purpose and fire, and that's easy to give.

You know, this is actually only the second time I've drank on the train? Crow bought whiskey when he arrived.

It's good! I don't drink much, but I like whiskey.

Good to hear it! I'd grab somethin' else if you want, but just hanging out is nice.
