Where: The Cat's Zone

[Have you enjoyed your day playing in your new train cars? Great! Because now it's Trial Time.

With the usual alert, the Cat's bar appears in the clearing. There's no "come hither" -- instead, just the pounding of bass from the speakers as the door cracks open. Inside there's flashing party lights, upbeat club music, and high-top tables surrounding a wide dance floor. The stage in the corner is empty except for a single microphone.

At the bar you can get free drinks, but you'll have to contend with the bartender -- a black cat curled up on the shelf between the bottles.

On the bar, and on every table, is a sign showing the rules of this game, titled:

Kiss or Dare

If you want to dress up for the club, or want costumes for daring purposes, there's a dressing room behind the stage with a magic closet. You'll find whatever you like in it, but when the trial ends you can only take home what you're wearing!

[but, with a satisfied nod that basically says "challenge accepted", Spark clears his throat]

On my honor as a member of Clover, I hereby lie down this challenge, Cat!

[and then he whirls on his heel, pointing dramatically at the creature in question. he holds himself firmly, shoulders back, spine straight, chin tilted, and eyes blazing with ~passion~]

For ten minutes I've been trying to coax you over to scratch your ears, and what do you do? You ignore me, like I'm nothing but litter underneath your paws. And while it is your prerogative to decide from whom you accept your ear scritches, you're missing out on some of the best ear scritches you'll get in this place!

[PRESSES A HAND OVER HIS HEART, all dramatic-like and everything]

No cat has ever been able to resist my allure before. At least not in the three days of memories that I actually have. But you defy all expectations and continue lying there, tail swishing and ears twitching, refusing to move no matter how hard I try. I'm impressed by your self-restraint, but can it last!

[HOLDS UP HIS CHAIN HIGH ABOVE HIS HEAD, LIKE A BEACON]

[he isn't wearing them, but he lifts a hand as though to do so anyway, dropping it back to his side when he realizes there is no eyewear to fiddle with]

[Noting that motion and tilts his head thoughtfully. He glances around and points.]

I was wearing glasses in those memories I got back.

There's nothing wrong with my eyesight, so maybe I just liked them as a fashion accessory.
