My friend got injured in my memory. The director of our project had to go into surgery because the civilian doctors wouldn't be familiar with some of the stuff in him, so the man in charge needed to oversee. So, chances are I also have experimental tech in me.

[he has many questions now]

It really is. That would have been cool.

Special ops. Someone was hoarding alien tech, and they had a high level asset. Probably a bunch of legal tape where legally, it couldn't be obtained.

I know alien stuff exists. I know ancient alien stuff exists. But when I try to think aliens in the present, it's all a blank.

Might be part of the job is hiding currently existing alien stuff from the masses.

To be fair, I think that was a few years ago. Far less aches and pains in the memory.
