[This morning, or whenever you wake up, you will find that there are delicious smells wafting from the lounge car. Upon investigation, one will discover a beautiful spread of hot cocoa and tea and coffee and many marshmallow animals, ideal for putting in your drinks or simply eating wholesale. It isn't just cats either, but many animals of a similar quality of marshmallow, whatever kinds you'd like. But you may find the warm fuzzies they impart might be a bit more than internal.

In a conspicuous place is a note in handwriting many of you may find quite familiar at this point:

I'm sure you'll have plenty of opportunity to be in awe of my genius.

[ Although there's confidence in his tone, it's nearly drowned by the lazy contentment as he continues to melt under Rean's touch. ]

[He's glad he can soothe and relax Crow like this. It's nice, too. Running his fingers over Crow's feathers. They're soft and smooth but they aren't the only thing. He pets Crow's hair and back as well, happy just to touch him.]

[ What was he saying? He thinks he lost track... but he really doesn't mind. ]

[ He knows they both need to shower still, but Crow's finding it hard to stay awake with as warm and content and comfortable as he feels right now. ]

[Crow can fall asleep to being petted if he wants. Rean would be content watching him sleep and petting him the whole time.]

Yeah. It is.

[Soft and fond. He loves Crow so much, though it hasn't manifested in words or thoughts, there's just a gentle affection in the moment that's very warm.]

[ Crow hasn't approached the word "love" in even his most private of thoughts, but he's acknowledged at least to himself how important Rean is to him. That he treasures every moment with him-- not just the ones where they're kissing or fucking, but the ones where they're talking, bantering, playing cards. All of those moments, small and precious. It's a little like falling down, down, down with no ending in sight but he doesn't want to stop. He never wants to stop.

There is a warm answering glow of affection as Crow drifts into sleep. ]

[He's happy like this, holding Crow and petting him. He'll be happy just keeping Crow close and feeling his warmth as he sleeps. It's a deep contentment, feeling like this, Crow safe in his arms, under his hands, sleeping peacefully. He wouldn't mind if stretched on forever, in a way. Though having Crow awake to talk to is also ideal.]

[ He doesn't stay asleep for long-- he wasn't really tired in the first place, he was just so content and comfortable that he'd gotten drowsy. If Rean isn't paying enough attention, it may come as a surprise when he lets out a sleepy mumble. ]

...We really should take that shower.

[He was spacing out, so he blinks and looks down when Crow makes awake noises.]

Hm? Oh, yeah. Probably.

Let's go do that, then.

[ He says, still not moving an inch. ]

You don't seem inclined to move though.

[Scooping him up and draping them both in a sheet.]

[ Though for all the dramatic complaining, he's not really trying to get down. ]

[Time to whisk him away to the bathroom. And despite Crow fucking him roughly he's not even limping. Talk about unfair.]

[ Talk about unfair!! Well, it's not like Rean didn't warn him about his endurance. ]

You're lucky my ego is durable.

[ It's extremely durable and they both know it. But Crow finds himself wondering how much effort it would take to make sure Rean has a hickey that lasts, and the thought is barely out of his head before his leaning in to nibble on Rean's neck-- while he's still carrying Crow. ]

I was under the impression your ego was indestruct-ah....

[Hey that's not... fair? His steps falter a moment but he manages to get to the bathroom holding Crow steadily.]
