Let's Play 20 Questions
Who: Everyone
When: Day 30, afternoon
Where: the Aurora
[Though the sun should be high in the air, just after noon the sky clouds over, and a steady drizzle begins. While gloomy, it's not particularly harsh, and the warm weather means you might even enjoy being out in it! In fact, the relatively thin and patchy clouds mean you may seem rainbows here and there. It's quite nice, really -- except, that is, that there are now tiny frogs everywhere. Near the train they're safe, but closer to the corrupt areas they're toxic.
At the same time, you hear the jingle associated with an official message from your Chain -- the usual "newbie time" balloon animation and text:]
[This round's new blood are waking up in their rooms, in the usual nondescript undies or team pyjamas.
For the first hour or so, it seems that'll all that'll happen today. But then there's that all too familiar Trial feeling...
...Aaaand a flashy pink convertible has arrived in the clearing. It's followed up by another message:]
[Message sent, Cardamom gets out of his car and unfurls a big, incredibly sparkly silver umbrella. It looks like the most intensely holographic nail polish you can buy, and the raindrops only make it worse.]
[[OOC NOTES: As the monthly prompts, the rain and frogs will continue until next month's placements. You can find more info on them in the announcements over here!
If you want to tag Cardamom, there's a toplevel here. If you have any questions, please ping the mods via the q&a. Thank you!]]

WELCOME NEW HEROES
[This round's new blood are waking up in their rooms, in the usual nondescript undies or team pyjamas.

...Aaaand a flashy pink convertible has arrived in the clearing. It's followed up by another message:]
Hello, everyone. Your ever-grateful Prince speaking. It's been awhile and we've got some new faces, so I'm here to answer a few questions.
Buut to spare myself a little, I'm limiting it to one question per hero. I'll tell the truth, no matter what you ask, as long as it's at all reasonable! After that though, I reserve the right to cut you off -- but I won't, probably, if you play nice.
Sooo, how about you come outside and see me?

B) [Someone is at the beach in Jasmine garb and blindfolded. She's in the water, though not far, it only comes up to a little above her ankles, with her back turned towards the shore.
She is, perhaps, less interesting than what is happening with the water and the rain.
Her hands move through the air, her fingers curling and arching and flexing. It is not so unlike a conductor in front of a band, and, in turn, indistinct, beautiful shapes glowing with blue iridescence rise from the sea and funnel down from the gathering rain, but, before long, they become things. People. Shifting fluidly from one form to the next seamlessly.
A dancer en pointe. A warrior wielding a naginata. A galloping horse. A jellyfish ambling through the air.]
B
Almost as impressive as your baking.
no subject
Ah, pardon me. I was simply...being.
[But her mouth quirks at that a little.]
Thank you, you are too kind, Miss Hlasoh.

Certainly, though I am certain it is rather impressive. Shall I leave the water?
no subject
Just let me have some rain.
[And the air shimmers as she creates a dome shaped shield of force just above the water, drops of rain sliding off the the side of it and into the sea. It's like a bell of water, and it shimmers with the iridescent light of the shield. After a few seconds it collapses.]
See? Nothing so impressive, I'm afraid- but our arts are quite different.

Still.)]
They are, and that is fine. It is lovely all the same, good work.
no subject
Thank you. Ah, that's the most I can take advantage of the rain, in any case. I have not really considered using my magic for artistic purposes.
Ah, it's really beautiful.
no subject
Are you hampered by the rain?
no subject
No, I just do not like getting wet.
no subject
[It is impossible to see between the rain and distance, but her cheeks grow faint pink. Still, she dips her head a little, shyly.]
Ah. Not fond of the water, then?
[Can't relate.
Absolutely cannot relate.]

B. For NOW.
but or how looooong
She turns around and, ah, well, her skirt is thankfully very layered, so her modesty remains, but her top is a bit more of a complicated matter. It doesn't entirely cling to her like a second skin thanks to being bunched, but matters are a bit obvious.
She curls a wet lock of hair behind her ear, though her bun remains immaculate, done too tightly at the back to be bothered by the pour.]
Thank you, you have been a wonderful audience.
[Her face is a bit pink--she did not intend for this, really, but she could feel his presence at the back of her mind and did not wish to stop.]
NOT VERY
Thank you, thank you. I do my best. Actually, I've been looking for you.
no subject
Her eyes are here, Crow.
But she doesn't seem bothered, upset, nor bashful in the slightest. Because she is not not. Hard to be after this long.]
Have you, now? [She tilts her head.] Is everything alright?
no subject
But beyond curiousity, it actually doesn't bother him that she walks around blindfolded most of the time. He grins when she taps at the side of her head, though. ]
Everything's fine. More than fine.
[ He pulls out his chain for a moment and waves it around before putting it back in his pocket and jerking his head towards the train. ]
Just, you know... thought you might want to check how things are doing inside.
no subject
Nothing is on fire, I hope.
[She sighs, like she might be used to this, but she's certain Crow would sound more urgent about it if it were an emergency.
Probably.
But she is mostly joking, considering he said everything is fire (though the repetition is susp--
wait.
Waaaaaaait.)]
What is inside, Crow-san?
no subject
You're a clever girl. I'm sure you can guess.
no subject
Is it here? Finally? Have you seen it?
no subject
[ So let's GO, his tone implies. ]

and pulling him into a deep kiss.
It is raining, after all. She needs to for the bucket list.
But even if Crow might be colder because of it, she remains Soft and Warm. Sweet, even amidst the sea salt.]

The energy she has from being out here, entirely in her element makes her feel...
well, randy.
And she draws Crow's bottom lip into a slow suck before letting it go in a lewd pop. She follows with a whisper by his ear, her voice carrying just fine amidst the noise of the rain and waves alike.]
I wish to lick all the rain off your skin.
