Where: the garden

[Rean's been passed out since princess maker, so a good 40 hours at least. When he wakes up... well he's immortal but here's never been in a position where there's no ambient mana he can use to even function basically. He feels fuzzy and almost like he's sick for over an hour, and he runs into more than one wall and that's all so absolutely unreal to him he finally texts Randy and Crow a simple word Garden. It takes him three tries to spell it right before hitting send.

And he'll be there next to a chalk circle full of symbols.]

[ He reaches over and ruffles Rean's hair. ]

Of course it is, it's my advice.

[ It's teasing and although he does think it's good advice, he's not serious about that either. ]

[ Crow glances over at Rean. Howwwwww do you deal with sad people? He's pretty sure that, unfortunately, distracting him with sex is off the table. It's a pity, it'd be a lot of fun. But Rean sounded like he was the kind of guy to take things slow the last time it came up.

He considers what he's going to do for a long moment before he rolls over really close and flops an arm over Rean. There. ]

Well that distracts him from whiny noises as he turns his head to look at the Crow draped on him.]

[ Shhh don't worry about it. ]

I don't usually wear my pajamas so you can borrow those tonight.

Just my boxers, usually!

Is that what you plan on wearing?

Yeah? I don't see why not.

[Huffs a little. But he hasn't got a rank problem with it.]

Sure I'll borrow your pyjamas I guess.

[ Look, this answer is better than when it gets really warm because he doesn't even wear that much. ]

Alright, then that's settled.

[ He says, still draped comfortably on Rean. ]

[Well if Crow is going to act like a cat he'll pet him like one. Still troubled a bit and thinking about Randy and Rufus but...]

[ Oh, that feels pretty nice actually-- there's a pleased, contented feeling at the hair petting. It seems he can at least take what he's dishing out to Rean. ]

[He's pretty relaxed about this level of casual affection anyway, combing his fingers absently through Crow's hair like it's natural.]

[ He might wanna take off Crow's dumb bandanna for best effect, but either way there's a warm, hazy sort of satisfaction floating through Crow at the feeling and he's not... quite falling asleep, but definitely relaxing, muscles loosening by increments. ]

[He does eventually tug it gently off if Crow lets him!]

[ In most contexts he wouldn't-- but he's comfortable, relaxed, and they're alone in his room so he doesn't mind beyond a soft, murmured sound as his hair is freed from its constraints.

(Is he aware he looks better without the bandanna? Of course he is, but it keeps his hair out of his face, or at least enough so that he prefers it. That and he genuinely likes the aesthetic of it. There's no accounting for taste.) ]

[It's... a warm and intimate atmosphere, being draped on by his awakener in Crow's room. Even just removing Crow's headband feels strangely intimate, but he's not going to stop running his fingers languidly through that soft hair.

Though he's certainly still thinking of his worries about Randy and Rufus the pleasant situation is also starting to take up more of his immediate attention.]

[ Good, pay attention to Crow! He enjoys the attention, soaks it in like a sponge. He's aware of the intimacy of the atmosphere, but as comfortable and content as he is right now he can't bring himself to be bothered by it. ]

[To Rean the atmosphere is a total plus. It makes him close his eyes, his already slow petting turning into just the repetitive motion of sliding his fingers just through Crow's hair over and over, almost hypnotic. He drapes his free arm around Crow, basking in the warmth and wondering what Rufus meant about Crow.]

[ Crow couldn't even answer what Rufus meant about him even if Rean asked-- not that he would. It's frustrating and it's annoying and Crow hates it, but fortunately none of that is on his mind in the least.

One side effect of the comfortable intimacy is that Crow is getting increasingly turned on, but he's able to slide it into an ignorable buzz for now as he continues to soak in the attention. Even if he weren't trying to behave for now, moving is a good deal more effort than he's willing to put on when he can keep Rean right here, with each pass of his fingers through Crow's hair sending pleasant waves through him. ]

[It's not that he doesn't notice, but he's not going to bring attention to it. He's just going to pet Crow drowsily, feeling content and happy enough that Crow's getting a pleasant feeling from petting.]

[ Then Crow's going to just stay like this until either they both end up drifting off or one of them has to move for some other reason. ]

[Rean doesn't need to sleep but he will certainly pet Crow to sleep.]

[ Crow does eventually drift off, warm and comfortable and his dreams definitely horny but you know. Sometimes, that's just how it is. ]
