Who: newbies + you
When: Day 22, evening
Where: around
[This evening, out of nowhere, Hazel's carriage disappears. There's a shower of sparkles, a bright light, and after that... it's gone. Anyone who was in its hallway is now in the Garden entrance. The Garden car itself is now hooked to Clover's carriage, as if it had aways been and Hazel was never real. Clover itself is currently bare as well -- the lock screen is dull, completely turned off, and there are no lights inside. No one is there, now, but at least the space remains.
In some carriages, that loss of vibrancy is countered by the appearance of some new heroes. In general, the gloomy mood throughout the train is only heightened by the onset of a heavy storm. Outside there's a crack of thunder that rattles the train, and it begins to pour so hard the edge of the clearing is barely visible through the windows.
The rain, the thunder, and the strobe-light effect of constant lightning will continue til dawn.]

[She takes the roses she prunes and sets them aside--there's an incredible and gorgeous variety of color out here.]
Do you remember anything about who you are? Not everyone does.

I do. ... Are memories lost during "restoration"?

[She's stopping when she's set enough aside. To...start making a flower crown?]
They can be regained through the generation of Sparks.

[ —getting distracted for a moment by the weaving before shaking their head and looking away ]
Excuse me.
[ a moment later, their eyes shift a bloody red, not glowing but still a bright enough color to be visible even under the skull mask ]

[Snakefriend she grew up in a cursed forest you will have to work harder to scare her.]

looking back over and blinking the red back out of their eyes ]
Yes. ... I have kept at least some power.
[ their tone isn't too expressive—quiet and just shy of breathy—but there's definitely an undertone of relief there ]

[Well, she's standing up from the dirt.
And then just dropping the flowercrown on new snekfriend's head.]
What is your name?

reaching up to touch it, wide-eyed ]
Thank you very much.
My cadre do not usually take names ... You may call me whatever you like.

[Smiling, a little impishly.]
Perhaps I'll call you Rose, since they suit you so well.
