Finally. [ She starts on her own drink now, concentrating on keeping the knife steady as she chops up some chocolate. ] There's seven that I can use. Shield, Heal, Time, Space, Paralysis, and … uh … MP Drain? It felt like Shield is my strongest.

[ He raises his eyebrows at that, definitely pinged ]

Time and space, you don't say. All coupled with the rest? Not bad.

Time isn't like ... Time time, I don't think? [ Frowns a little, thoughtful. ] It's just speeding up, slowing down, or stopping targets. I've barely used it.

But Space is definitely cool.

Still good enough. You know, provided that you learn how to use it.

I was thinking the Time powers, but it'd be good to get an idea of exactly how strong the shield is, too.

Well ...

It seemed like it took a lot of concentration to switch from one to the other. I had to really think about it. [ Which is great in the middle of fast-paced, high-stakes combat. So great. ] I don't know if that was because of me or if it's just how the powers work. We'll find out.
