There's more than three. Shield, Heal, Time, Space, Paralysis, and MP Drain - that last one drains other people's magic. Making Kaito faster was part of the "Time" spell ...

Healing, yeah. I'm not sure how powerful it was ... just that it's there, and - ah, I guess you wouldn't have picked this up just by watching, right? We can only use the pendant ten times a day, and switching between the spells takes a lot of concentration.
