I wonder if humans could contract with ancient aliens though. Is human and alien mana even compatible? You'd think life force would be universal but you never know.

I mean, the aliens looked pretty different. Hands, facial structures, stature. It doesn't seem like they're all the space species in the Covenant, so if there were heroic spirits, I'd think they'd be compatible with them.
