I don't think any ingredients cost more than others which is nice.

Vegetables and meat mostly.

Yes, I often make simple things like Shakshuka, and Kofteh. But It might be interesting to try making Wot and Injera from the Mountain Kingdoms.

Hmm, I'll have to think of some things to make...
