Where: Back To Your Regularly Scheduled Great Outdoors, Just outside the train

[ The beach fades away all at once, taking the cheery sunshine with it as evening hits all at once-- it melts away in a shower of sparkles as the familiar setting re-emerges. There are new stars in the sky above in clover pink, senna red, jasmine blue, and licorice violet.

Just before the beach disappears entirely, the bubbly voice speaks once more: ]

Wasn't that so much fun! You all rrrrrreally got to know each other, didn't you? Keep up the good work~!

[ If you had any alcohol in hand you still have it, otherwise everything from the trial is gone. ]

Seriously. [But everyone keeps telling him to have one.] Sometimes gotta work out the nerves.

[ It's because he looks like he hasn't slept in years. ]

Everyone else means well, but sometimes I really think most of 'em are just on an entirely different wavelength.

[There's a pause.]

....yeah. A few different ones too. Makes it harder to figure out.

[It's just frustrating.]

[ He can tell Wash is frustrated. ]

You seem like a pretty smart guy-- I'm sure you'll work it out.

I try. [He sighs.] Thanks.

[ He pauses, then adds-- ]

Say, do you have a name yet?

Oh! Right, I didn't say.

It's Dusk.

Dusk! Alright, got it. It's a good name.

Thanks. Clover has a time theme.

A theme, huh? It's a pretty cute one.

[He says while shooting rocks out of the air.]

[ Seems legit to Crow. ]

It's an important part of the whole aesthetic.

Though I'm still gonna get some proper pants. [Overalls are not quite what he wants for possibly getting in a fight.]

The clothes are definitely not an important part of the aesthetic.

[ So says Crow, who refuses to wear Licorice's uniform in favour of an outfit of his own choosing. ]

Color is pretty much key to any good outfit.

Colour and a personal sense of flair! I'm not really a fan of uniforms.

[He tilts his head thoughtfully.] I like uniforms....as long as I can actually move in them. And don't show so much skin.

Are you kidding, it's way more fun when they show skin!

[He grimaces and shakes his head.] Nah, it feels too...exposed. Lot harder to hide weapons too.

[ Hide the weapons? Why don't you just put them away-- No, he remembers how vexed 80H got about the way he stashes his weapons, it's definitely not a universal thing. ]
