I'm...not sure how to answer that? It's a little like asking what humans are like.

No, the whole species can. But I mean...I'm undead and a witch, and those aren't typical.

You said the undead thing was because of what your mother did. What about the witch part?

It runs in the royal family, but it's otherwise a rare genetic anomaly in how some nightkin process mana and magic. It only occurs in Nightkin, I think...at the very least, there's no records of a human ever being one.
