Yes. We lack many other enjoyable means to pass the time but books can be relied on for enrichment in any environment.

[ in the open, ciabatta can be found with a small glass terrarium sitting on his knees. there's already some soil and wood chips mixed into the bottom of it, but other than that it's empty.

there's a small pile of sticks next to his boots and he seems to be considering them and how they should be arranged inside.
