[So this afternoon, there will be a smell in the lounge car. Namely, Pizza. After a little bit of trial and error for some of the extra ingredients, Dusk had figured out the right ratios for pizza dough and the rest was just not burning the whole thing. Which he managed to succeed at, judging by the rather good smell.]

[As the last of the pizzas were cooking, he jogged the length of the train, knocking on team doors with a call of 'movies in the lounge car' through the door before he was off to pass the message. For those curious, they will come to find Dusk in the lounge car, having brought a few more tables from the dining car upstairs to the public lounge, setting out pizza and carbonated drinks. Chairs and couches and various form of sitting has been pushed to more easily see the large TV.]

[Once a decent number of people have gathered, Dusk will be by the TV.]

So I've been informed a number of you don't know what movies are. Today, we're going to fix that. For reference, what we're going to watch is a fictional story.

Its called Star Wars and those of you know the story? No spoilers.

Let's get started.

Smoke is like evidence of stuff burning, I believe? What isn't consumed completely. It's why stuff like gas doesn't create a lot of smoke on it's own, because it gets almost all used up in the flames.

For it to blow as quick and effectively as it did, everything would have been needing to burn real efficiently. Really, steam is probably what would make most of the smoke, it'd be the only thing that would both react quickly to that much intense heat and not be completely incinerated.

You think it's a case of consuming everything within the station in the explosion? And not like, say a flash fire and a structural collapse?

Considering the size and damage? The chain reaction is necessary to reach the reactor, but to do as much damage as it did, more things would have to blow too.

But I thought they hit the reactor directly?

A chain reaction is part of it though at what point could be debated. And I'd say a straight line exhausytwas highly unlikely in any design, but Rogue One does make it a possibility. Chain reactions were happening.

I don't remember if I saw Rogue One... It's been a while since I watched the first movies too.

It's the really good and depressing solo movie.

Was the Solo movie depressing??

No, the Solo movie was fun and about on brand for Han.

Rogue One is the depressing solo movie.

Oh— okay, I probably didn't see the depressing one.

Still worth seeing. I'll add it to the list.

How would you rank the Star Wars movies? Best to worst, nothing after the year 2020.

....I think....2020 was the end of Rey's trilogy, right? Or was that after?

Those ones should be done by then, yes.

And Rogue One was in the middle of that. Was Solo?

Solo was.

Solo, the Force Awakens, Return of the Jedi, the Empire Strikes Back, Rogue One, a New Hope, the Rise of Skywalker [let me be hopeful okay], Attack of the Clones, the Last Jedi, the Phantonm Menace, and Revenge of the Sith. [A bunch of dead kids and Padme's death just gets the most negative points.] We don't talk about the Christmas Special.

Huh! I would have thought A New Hope would rank higher for being the first movie.

A New Hope is a pretty classic story and it is good for as cliched it is. But let's be fair, Obi Wan being honest on a few points could have helped a lot of later things, so it loses a few points for that.

And I'm kind of a sucker for redemption.

I can give Obi Wan leniency for lying, but the prequels made it a little weird.

Yeah.

Especially when he should have known about Luke and Leia and that gets weird when it's real obvious Luke had a crush.

[Like were you seriously leaving that alone Obi Wan....]

Maybe he didn't need to worry since Leia was out of Luke's league anyways.

Let's be fair, Leia was out of everyone's league.

Oh absolutely. Diplomat, spy, rebel leader, and princess of an entire planet? Nobody was on her level.

Exactly. Whoever she chose meant settling at least a bit.
