Slot machines, you pull a lever.
Blackjack can take a little strategy if you can count cards, but that's also technically cheating.
Things like roulette or wheels or rolling dice, it's all about odds, but the odds never change from what they are originally. You can choose what has the best odds, but there's no way to influence the game other than that. Without cheating.
The only really fun thing about casinos is winning big, but most of the games don't even require you actually playing against your opponent. Just their luck.
There's a lot more fun games out there that would actually require genuine interactions with your opponent.
