[The scratching, however, is less weird confusing shit as a sign for aid. So he'll go over now and hope he can deal with whatever he's gonna see. Opening door!]

[ the room is completely and totally untouched, save for a few wrinkles on the bed like someone had gotten out of it - there are no personal effects though, as though the owner was never really around.

also, at his feet is this thing looking up to him. ]

Hey little guy. [Kneeling down and holding out a hand for kitty to sniff.]

[Gentle cooing, letting the cat sniff before slowly moving to pet, stopping if he shies away.]

[ not even remotely shying away. in fact, reaching up to headbutt his palm, encouraging the petting ]

[ unlike a certain someone this cat is very easily scooped up and does not even remotely try to bolt. reaching out with his claws as if to stretch a little, but otherwise fairly content to be held.

his eyes narrow with his chin being rubbed, head pressing down a little before he shifts, tilting so dusk can rub more under one side of his jaw. louder purrs ]
