And he's pretty much ready to go on a mission to punch whoever's responsible for this, pajamas be damned — punch first and ask questions is an approach that never betrayed him. But as he steps out of his room, he sees there are.
Well.
Actual other people. ]
... Uhm. Never been much of a pajama party person, but I'm taking this is going to change soon.

Am I perhaps the only one who doesn't remember what sort of person I am in the first place?
[he was hoping that was universal!! and not just a him problem!!]
no subject
Can't speak for everyone, but me? I remember everything just fine. You okay there?
no subject
[Said teenager doesn't seem to be in a hurry to rush out and punch things. He's just kind of hanging around by his doorway, looking mostly confused with a touch of unsettled.]
no subject
Right. Do you remember anything at all? A name or — any small detail? That could help you.
no subject
[fffrowns.]
I don't think so. I'm sorry.
no subject
All right, don't sweat it. It'll come to you — promise. You just gotta be patient about it.
Mine's Peter. Anything you'd like me to call you?
no subject
Yes, I'm sure it will. Thank you, sir... and no, I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
no subject
How come you and I are the only ones with these pajamas, anyway? People have no taste these days.
no subject
[the leopard print haters DO have bad taste, it's true.]

[ He's not actually too interested in anyone's clothing choice, but he's trying to put a easy atmosphere here, keep TEENAGER's attention so things won't look as gloomy. ]
Say. How does Tiger sound for a temporary name? Or maybe just Leopard, considering the pajams.

[At least he's changed out of the pyjamas. You guys can suffer. If he has to fight the jeans are... marginally better.]
no subject
[ But this guy isn't, so they probably have things to change into. Good to know, though not a priority ]
You got any idea what's going on, aside from the creepy message that played earlier? Name's Peter, by the way. Nice to meet you.
no subject
[It was terrible. Horrible.
And conveniently, it's just now the recording kicks back in, again.]
In any case... I take it you mean That message? I'm afraid I'm as lost as you.
no subject
[ He looks visibly worried as it plays — it's obvious he's not taking it well no matter how much he's trying to keep that under a lid. ]
There's missing parts, but enough to form a basic understanding.
[ And he really, really doesn't like what he's gathering from it ]
I'm familiar with the concept of different universes and dimensions, but ... man. Even for me, this is new.

[Rufus is the last person who should be calling anything farfetched but look. He's tired and confused.]
On the other hand, this doesn't appear to be anywhere I've ever heard of.
no subject
[ This is already way more than he'd say as Peter Parker under normal circumstances, but — completely different universe. No one in sight that he knows. He doubts his secret identity is in danger ]
We can put that to the test easily. Where are you from? What year? Biggest known corporation in your universe?
no subject
The Erebonian Empire, year 1206 of the Septian calendar. The biggest corporation I can think of is probably the Reinford Group. And you?
no subject
[ But to be honest, he already guessed just based on the fact he did not recognize him after the fall of Parker Industries ]
Based on the message we got here, I'm guessing this here is some sort of gateway between worlds. It would make sense, assuming everyone here is from a different one.

It's an easy mistake to make, thinking her sweater and leggings are pajamas as well, but at least everyone's comfortable, right? )
Until we can get this door open, I suppose it's all right to stay in your sleepwear. Coffee, tea?

[ Sitting down and relax is the last thing he wants to do, no matter how little options they have right now. He's gotta keep himself on the move, so that's what he's doing — pacing around, checking the place and looking out the windows ]
But thanks for the thought.

So she sits, and she does her best to remain relaxed. It's about 97% successful. )
You didn't wake nauseous? I'm glad to hear of that, at least, if so. We all need fuel to keep going, and I get the feeling the day won't be a matter of relaxing in the car, here. I couldn't get the door open by myself, but I imagine if a few of us can have a go together, it won't stand a chance.
I'm Angela. I don't suppose you know where we are, either?
no subject
Peter.
And no — not really. I've got a couple of guesses but, well ... they're as good as anyone else's.

( She'll just sip at her coffee as she turns his answer over— heavier on the cream than usual, since she fears it will spoil sooner rather than later if they can't even get out. )
I was afraid that would be the case. We're all a bit disoriented then, it seems. I can hope the general quiet of the train besides that message can indicate everything is well outside the door, but we ought to try and get it open either way. See if there's anyone who knows what has happened and why we've stopped. Or where we are. ( That's too many holes for her liking needing filling. ) It sounds like just about everyone is awake, so we should be able to have a go at it. I just want to know everyone is all right and accounted for first.
