[Loki's alternating between checking the index and pulling books from the shelves and taking a quick glance. The books he picks are from all different worlds, but all are about magic of some sort.

[Once he has a good armful he goes to leave. And they all vanish.]

Taking notes is... irksome. I do not know what is important without experimenting. Yet copying entire books is not feasible.

Most libraries allow you to take books off the premises, as long as you give assurances that you will return them. And it is not like we are capable of taking them far!

Most of the memories I have are with Special Collections, which are the exceptions. One supposes these books might be similarly difficult to replace.

I do not see why. The library has no trouble retrieving them now.

Not that I know how this would work. The sorts of magic I remember do not concern themselves with moving physical objects.

Not much. And I was only a student. My impression was my early education was... disrupted, and I was mostly self-taught from books.

Which I should request back with Sparks. I remember some titles and authors.
