You might be surprised. Quite a few mortals are fond of me, though they are largely ones who have only had minimal contact, if any. The ones who I have spent time with... they do tend to find me... much as you say. Though a few have said I am not so bad once they get used to me. And, well, most don't have the time to get used to me. I rarely stay anywhere for very long.
